Cannot help but think that these reconstructions of prehistoric giraffe ancestors look as if they are wearing bowler hats. 

I fear that we may well be returning to plumb British tucker, in good old imperial measures. Weaponised nostalgia to perhaps return the 'povs' to sausages, when concepts of ikura and sashimi were perhaps distant fevered dreams of the well travelled.
